Here are a few of the tools I use for maximum productivity. Placebo or not, they inspire my work ethic so try them out and keep what works. Take advantage of these tools and you will be able to do more with less time. That’s more days on the beach.
Four Sigmatic – It’s mushroom coffee that tastes pretty good. If you want to take a real ride, use it for the above
Exercise – I don’t care if it’s five minutes kettle bell swings or 50 push ups. You have to prime your body
Proper seating– This is crucial. You have to be in a position you can be comfortable so invest in a good desk chair
Evernote – I like Evernote the best, I use it every day to capture thoughts and keep records. It’s the most versatile note app I’ve used.
Headspace – I was turned on to Headspace but it took me some time to try it. The more I use it, the more I understand the benefit.
Basecamp 3 – Basecamp is a great project management tool that you can use to organize and bring others into you project
Productivity Planner – I don’t know how Intelligent Change did it but if you follow the guidance, this will change your life
Five Minute Journal – Think non-direct impact here. Capturing your thoughts in this journal will help free your mind and increase productivity
